FindLOS turns line-of-sight surveying β once a slow, manpower-heavy, error-prone job β into an instant, repeatable, honest answer. Here's how, and why it matters.
How it used to be
To know whether two towers could see each other, someone climbed the terrain, read the maps, did the math β link by link, across an entire state. It worked. It just didn't scale, and it didn't forgive mistakes.

When the straight line is blocked
The whole point is a true line of sight between two sites. When the terrain says no, FindLOS doesn't just shrug β it shows you where a relay could rescue the link.
The report engine
Every small survey once meant a hand-made report. Worse: every person made it differently, so two reports for the same kind of job never matched. Inconsistency was the real problem.
We rebuilt it from a single source of truth. The engine is smart enough to know what kind of report the job needs β single link, relay route, bulk, fiber β and renders PDF, Word, KMZ and Excel from one canonical model. Same inputs, same report, every time.

Underneath is a layered system on a single source of truth: a permanently-cached terrain core, one tested LOS pipeline (elevation β Earth curvature β clearance margin β verdict) reused by single links, bulk runs and relay search alike, graph-based pairing across whole site lists, a β€3-hop relay finder for the cases other tools ignore, a real map workspace with one drawing registry, and one canonical report model that drives the PDF, Word, KMZ and Excel.
Bulk analysis turns a month of manual pairing into a single run. Relay-region finding shows exactly where a repeater can rescue a blocked link. Fiber routing replaces hours of dragging markers in Google Earth Pro with an automatic road-aware path. An MCP connector exposes the same engine to AI agents under the same approvals, credits and rate limits.
